les paroles impossibles [canceled]

The performance will be postponed to the next season.

Yoann Bourgeois is a truly unparalleled acrobat. He played himself into the audience’s hearts with Scala and his attempt to stretch the limits of gravity. He also fascinates as a juggler and choreographer. With les paroles impossibles, he returns to the stage with a new programme and new tricks, mesmerizing the audience as a breath-taking trapezist, a flying fakir, a magic dervish, a bird-like singer and much more besides. He is a master of his genre with countless tricks up his sleeve who knows how to captivate his spectators.

Boxe Boxe Brasil

The performance has been canceled and will be postponed to the next season.

The boxing ring becomes a stage for dancers who take turns in fighting and reconciling – all to the live music of the Debussy Quartet. In each round the violins drive the dancers’ steps, from airy capoeira to rhythmic hip-hop. Breathtaking!
Following on from the popular success of Boxe Boxe (performed to an audience of 130,000 spectators), Mourad Merzouki once again dons his boxing gloves to create a universe in which poetry and humour, classic music and Brazilian dance all join together.

Plein Soleil

The circle is one of the elementary forms that surround us in our daily lives. From the planets orbiting the sun to a rain drop forming ripples on the water to the symbol of unity: the circle represents perfection and aesthetic indulgence. The Via Verde company takes the spectators on a journey to discover fantasy, music and dance, and appeals to all the senses: puppets turn in loops, bodies draw circles in the space around them, and music and light carry the spectators into a universe of geometric forms and sensuality.

Creative workshop for parent-child pairs

And what if the circle suddenly revealed its subtle and poetic secrets? Around the show Plein Soleil, the Via Verde Company proposes a creative workshop for parent-child pairs, on Sunday 25 october (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.).

The workshop is fully booked

Homme encadré sur fond blanc

A man wearing a suit and holding a cane. A white room and two doors that cannot be opened. Pierric Tenthorey, crowned world champion of magic in 2015, is stuck, and hilariously tries again and again to escape from this prison. Following the traditions set by Charlie Chaplin and Mr. Bean, Pierric’s pantomime is mixed with magic tricks and body illusions that provoke uncontrollable laughter. This master of comedy and slapstick is not to be missed.

Hip-hop workshop

Hip hop? An art born in the streets, which has now won its spurs. Get initiated to this dance with Nabil Ouelhadj, performer of the show The Roots, on Saturday 03 october (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.).

Nebensache

Sorry, there’s no English version of this text.

The Roots

Back to the roots. Choreographer Kader Attou returns to the origins of hip-hop, and the result is an acrobatic celebration of the genre. Eleven dancers perform different facets of the former underground culture and show how the body can bend to different beats: from breakdance to Smurf, electric boogie to popping. This highly successful show brings back all the highlights of the former street culture.

Une forêt

The performance has been canceled and will be postponed to the next season.

Grande.
