autour du spectacle "in the air"
Alongside her performance in the air, choreographer Anne-Mareike Hess invites you to immerse yourself in her choreographic practice.
Starting from the idea that the body both shapes and is shaped by the world around us, the workshop explores the relationship between movement, sensation, and emotion. Through gentle somatic practices, elements of anatomy, and exercises around presence and attention, participants are invited to engage their whole body in motion. Inspired by the performance, the workshop is guided by questions such as:
– How can a body remain open and responsive in a world that can feel overwhelming?
– What happens when we allow ourselves to slow down and truly sense what is there?
– Can movement become a way to reconnect — with ourselves, with others, with our surroundings?
This open workshop welcomes participants of all backgrounds — no dance experience is required.
In this workshop, choreographer Elisabeth Schilling invites participants to explore the universe of the piece Florescence in Decay. No prior dance experience is required.
Autour du spectacle Un Casse-Noisette, l’équipe artistique vous propose un atelier de danse pour découvrir l’univers du chorégraphe Jean-Claude Gallotta.
At a time when we are constantly urged to perform, with our foot on the gas, Luxembourgish choreographer Anne-Mareike Hess retaliates with the desire to express jubilation.
